Tesla To Build Its Largest Store In North America In 2015

Several media outlets have reported that Tesla Motors will build their first store in the Canadian province of Québec in 2015. The Tesla showroom will be in Montreal, in the prestigious Côte-des-Neiges neighborhood. Tesla will be taking over a piece of property previously occupied by an old auto dealership. This new Tesla store could potentially be the largest of its kind in North America. This showroom won’t be the only Tesla building in Québec with a service center already in operation in Laval.

With a reported 300 Teslas currently on the road in Quebec, this move seems to come as the company looks to expand its presence in the french-speaking province. The timing of the new store in Québec will fall right before the launch of the Tesla Model X Crossover in late 2015 and the highly anticipated Model III by 2017.
