The same type of heads up display technology is what San Francisco-based Navdy to create a new driver display product. They have created a portable device that mounts on the dashboard of a vehicle. It projects a heads up display that allows the user to see and control basic functions of their connected cell phone. To add to a futuristic feel, it’s controlled by the users voice and hand gestures. The product is in pre-order and is expected to be available in 2015.
