DealerSocket Acquires FEX DMS

DealerSocket announced today that they have acquired Finance Express (FEX DMS), which runs a dealer management system. Speaking about FEX DMS in a press release, DealerSocket CEO Jonathan Ord said, “They are very passionate about the day-to-day operations in the automotive industry. Being a pioneer and powerful addition for the independent space, FEX DMS has helped large and small Independent dealers grow relationships with their customers.”

This move by DealerSocket comes just over a month after DealerSocket announced their acquisition of DealerFire. Ord mentioned in the DealerSocket press release this latest move another part of a larger DealerSocket strategy. In the release Ord said, “This acquisition is just another step in authenticating our ability and dedication in providing the best solutions needed to make life simpler and more affordable for dealerships within the Independent market.”

On the other side of the acquisition, David Huber, the President and CEO of Finance Express, said in a release, “We are pleased with the opportunities that this partnership creates. It particularly helps with the ability to more aggressively promote and distribute our best-of-industry dealer management software.”
